PAYMENT

South African orders may be paid via EFT or Payfast
International orders can be paid via Payfast, debit/credit cards or Direct Bank Transfer. I can also send a Paypal invoice.

MANUFACTURING / SHIPPING

Most items are MADE TO ORDER.

Please allow 1-2 weeks for manufacturing your order.  It may take longer during peak holiday times.  I am happy to accommodate rush orders where possible, so let me know if you’re in a pinch!

I ship worldwide using Fedex or UPS. Delivery times vary from 4-10 days

USA orders are currently only shipped with UPS Ground taking 10-14 days – please take note of tariff charges on checkout. The shipping tariffs are calculated and paid on checkout, so you should not expect any additional taxes on delivery.

SA ORDERS -Arrive via The Courier Guy in 3-5 days

All deliveries are safe and come with full tracking.  On the rare chance something is lost en route, I will either replace the order or refund you in full.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Please be aware of any additional customs duties that may be applicable to your country. Any additional customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

REFUNDS  /  RETURNS

Please contact me within 3 days of receiving goods if you wish to discuss a return.  I will require a photo if damaged during delivery in order to discuss a refund. In the case of change of heart, you would need to courier the item back to me at your own cost. (I cannot accept regular post, it needs to be a courier such as Fedex or DHL, The Courier Guy)

Sorry, no returns on:
– custom made orders
– sale items
– I cannot accept returns on rings if the incorrect size was ordered.  Each ring is made to order, so please make sure of your RING SIZE when ordering.

Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns or orders lost / damaged in the post.

PLEASE NOTE – There will be a 20% handling fee for returns due to change of heart.

International returns would be subject to customs duties upon re-entry into South Africa and these fee’s would be deducted from the refund amount, so please read full item descriptions and email vikki@lolaandcash.com if you have any questions before purchase! International returns unfortunately work out very costly for the customer, so rather be sure before purchasing.
